Frequently Asked Questions
A compiled response package before purchasing, delivering, and commissioning an electric kick scooter.
Are electric scooters allowed on Finnish roads?
Yes — but only with models that have a maximum speed of 25 km/h and a maximum power of 1000 W. More powerful models are for private areas. A helmet is always recommended.
Is registration or insurance required?
No, as long as the model meets the ≤25 km/h and ≤1000 W requirements. A model exceeding 25 km/h requires traffic insurance.
What is the best starter template?
Xiaomi Electric Scooter 3, Navee N40, or Kukirin C1 Pro. Lightweight, easy to use, and fully road-legal.
How much does charging cost?
A typical 500 Wh battery costs about €0.07–€0.12 / charge. Monthly costs are practically under €5.
Can an electric scooter withstand rain?
Most models are IPX4 rated — resistant to rain and splashes. Do not drive into deep water. Check the IP rating for your specific model on the product page.
How do the delivery terms work?
Products are delivered to order. The estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days. Free delivery on orders over €49.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Klarna installment payment and MobilePay at checkout.
What is your return policy?
14-day return policy for unused products in original packaging. Contact us before returning.
Where can I get spare parts and service?
Spare parts and service support in Finland. Most common spare parts in stock — no long waiting times from abroad.
Is there a warranty on all models?
Yes. All models come with a 2-year warranty. We will register the warranty for you at the time of purchase.
